Skyscrap is original
The Skyscrap game, its code, characters, arenas, art, sound and music, this website, and the Skyscrap name and logo belong to Skyscrap or its licensors.
Skyscrap is an original game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any other game, studio or publisher. The open-source software and fonts we use remain under their own licences.
Fan content: what you can do
We love seeing Skyscrap out in the world. Without asking us first, you can:
- stream matches and post videos, clips, screenshots and GIFs;
- make guides, tier lists, wikis, reviews, memes and fan art;
- earn money from those through your platform’s normal tools, such as ads, memberships, tips and sponsorships; and
- use the logos, screenshots and footage from our press kit to show that your content is about Skyscrap.
Fan content: what to avoid
- Don’t suggest you’re official, or that we sponsor or endorse you, unless we do.
- Don’t sell our art, music, logo or characters on their own or on merchandise.
- Don’t share copies or modified versions of the game, cheats, or tools that change how it runs.
- Don’t use the Skyscrap name or logo as your own brand, account name or app name.
- Don’t mix our assets into content that is hateful, sexual or illegal.
The Skyscrap name and logo
Use the name and logo to refer to the game, and use the files from the press kit as they are: don’t stretch, recolour or redraw them. For partnerships, events or anything commercial beyond the above, email hello@skyscrap.fun.
Reporting infringement
If you believe something in Skyscrap or on this site, such as a player callsign or anything we published, infringes your copyright or trademark, email legal@skyscrap.fun with:
- your name and contact details;
- the work you believe is being infringed;
- where the material is, precisely enough for us to find it;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorised by you, your agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner, or authorised to act for the owner; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
We review every notice, remove or disable material where appropriate, and let the person who posted it know. We act against repeat infringers.
If your content was removed
If we removed something you posted and you believe that was a mistake, or that you have the right to use the material, reply to our message or email legal@skyscrap.fun explaining why, with your contact details. Where the law allows, we may restore it unless the person who complained starts legal action.
