How can we help?

Email support@skyscrap.fun and tell us:

• Your device and model (for example, Tecno Spark 20 or MacBook Air M2)
• Your browser and its version
• Which arena you were in, and what you were doing
• What happened, and what you expected to happen
• A screenshot or a short screen recording, if you can

For slowdowns, press F3 during a match on a computer to show the frame rate, and include the number.

Every match today is against bots, so there’s nobody to report yet. When online play launches you’ll be able to report players from inside the game.

Until then, or for anything serious, email support@skyscrap.fun with their callsign and tag, when it happened and what they did. See the community guidelines for what’s not allowed and what we do about it.

• Close other tabs and apps, especially video and other games.
• In Settings, set graphics quality to Low. Auto mode drops to Low by itself after a few slow seconds.
• Update your browser. Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari and Samsung Internet are all supported.
• On a computer, make sure hardware acceleration is on in your browser settings.
• Turn off battery saver: it slows the processor down.
• Still slow? Send us your device model and the F3 frame-rate number. Budget phones are exactly what we test for.

• Tap or click once: browsers start game audio only after you interact with the page.
• On iPhone, check the silent switch. It mutes browser games.
• Check the volume sliders in Settings, and that the tab isn’t muted.

Guest play keeps your callsign, avatar and settings in your browser, so clearing the site data for Skyscrap removes them. For anything we hold, such as emails and sign-ups, write to privacy@skyscrap.fun to see it, correct it or delete it. The privacy policy explains your rights in full.
